Behind The Lens

I am a passionate mountain enthusiast. The first time I picked up a camera and peered through the view finder, I opened it wide up, framed my friend making a long move on a rock climb and clicked down the shutter. That simple action completely changed the trajectory of my life. I left the chemistry lab behind and hit the road. My first look through this eye opening, creative inspiring glass, changed the way I viewed the world.  Controlling how the light stains the sensor ignited a creativity in me that I haven't found anywhere else. The camera became a tool to tell a story, to capture emotion, energy, and character. I did all I could to get my hands on a DSLR to harness and explore my new found creativity. I have dedicated the last six years to pursuing the passions of video and photography. I create video mostly as a one man team; filming, sound design, music licensing, editing, animation and graphics. I also contract out for all these individual assets to various clients. I am based in Salt Lake City, Ut. Reach out and lets talk!
